ELTED Journal

The latest volume of ELTED Journal was published in January 2026.

Important: We are sorry to say that ELTED Journal is coming to an end. The final volume will be published at the end of this year (2026). The reasons for this are complex, but primarily due to the declining submissions received. All articles currently published and those currently under review will be archived and available for the foreseeable future. New submissions will be accepted until 31st May 2026.

English Language Teacher Education and Development (ELTED) Journal (ISSN 1365-3741) is a well-established, open access, peer-reviewed journal for the worldwide ELT/TESOL community. ELTED Journal seeks to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and information on issues pertaining to English language teacher education (i.e., teacher training and teacher development). The journal is managed by scholars and research students from the University of Warwick and the University of Edinburgh in partnership.
